Assist?the?office?manager?in??daily?routine?tasks?(book?hotels,?do?payments,?reimbursements?etc.)
Prepare?exporting?and?importing??documents
Input?relevant?data?into?SAP??system
Check?with?production??department?about?production?progress
Communicate?with?suppliers?and??prepare?quotations?for?our?customers
Marketing?activities:?manage??the?company’s?website,?WeChat?and?Alibaba?accounts
Assist?the?sales?department?in??daily?routine?tasks?(calls,?making?appointments?etc.)

-協助辦公室經理完成日常事務(預訂酒店、付款、報銷等)
-準備出口和進口相關資料
-將相關數據輸入SAP系統
-與生產部核對生產進度
-與供應商溝通,為客戶準備報價
-營銷活動:管理公司網站、微信、阿里巴巴賬戶

Requirements:
Minimum?college?diploma
3?years’?relevant?work??experience?in?office?environment
Experience?in?working?with??company?ERP?systems
Experience?in?import/export??business?and?handling?is?a?plus
Hand-on?person
Open-minded?and?team?work??spirit
Good?communication?skills?in??written?and?oral?Mandarin
Knowledge?of?English?is?a?plus

-3年相關工作經驗
-ERP系統操作相關經驗
-有進出口經營經驗者優先。
