帶領班組團隊按時完成生產任務，保證產品質量，確保公司業務正常運行；
??Manage?variances?and?deviations.?
制定和執行現場作業標準及工藝流程，及時有效解決生產現場的異常情況，及時進行分析處理調整，按照應急程序組織處理；
??Coordinate?shift?activities?in?the?entire?value?added?chain,?from?raw?material?to?finished?products,?and?ensure?overall?shift?team?performance?including?SHE?and?housekeeping,?Quality?of?product,?Cost?and?Efficiency?/?Productivity,?Communication,?networking?and?Teamwork.
依據生產任務指標，與其他職能部門進行有效溝通并達成解決方案，包括從原材料的進入到產成品的出庫；
做好環境保護和勞動保護，保證團隊安全、文明生產；
加強成本管理，降低管理費用，保證質量的前提下實現單位低成本的最低運行；
??Administrate?operators,?technicians?and?contractors?in?terms?of?training?and?development,?shift?manpower?skill?plan,?progression,?disciplinary?actions?and?performance?appraisal.
管理員工的操作紀律，從生產技能、安全及能力發展方面輔導員工，幫助員工成長。
Skill?and?Knowledge?Required:任職資格：
??College?degree?in?Chemical?Engineering?or?related?field.
專科以上學歷，工科或化工相關專業優先考慮；
??2-3?years?or?above?experience?in?production?function?in?chemical?industry.
2~3年化工或其他相關制造行業經驗；
??Experience?in?Multi-national?companies?or?coating?industry?is?preferred.
有在外企或涂料行業工作經驗最佳；
??Motivated?attitude?with?solid?supervising?and?people?developing?skills.
??良好的團隊領導，溝通協調能力；
??Good?command?of?English,?especially?can?read?the?documents?on?English?version.
具備一般的英文文件閱讀能力。
