Responsibilities:
? Provide?hands-on?financial?leadership?of?the?Finance?and?Accounting?function?across?the?China?region
? Responsible?for?the?full?spectrum?of?financial?and?accounting?functions?to?ensure?they?are?all?operated?in?an?effective?and?efficient?way;
? Work?closely?with?different?business?functions/units?to?strengthen?internal?control,?especially?under?F&B?environment;
? Work?closely?with?senior?management?and?provide?strategic?advice?and?direction?on?key?decision?making?processes,
? Ensure?financial?records?are?maintained?in?accounting?standards?and?polices;
? Analyse?the?overall?cost?structure?and?identify?room?for?cost?saving;
? Take?initiatives?in?the?development?and?enhancement?of?the?ERP?system;
? Ensure?month?end?management?reports?and?financial?accounts?of?multiple?entities?in?a?timely?manner?in?accordance?with?Group?policies
? Manage?the?Group’s?cash?flow?forecasting,?tax?compliance?and?annual?audits?and??act?as?the?Groups?key?point?of?contact?for?external?tax?and?audit?consultants
? Handle?the?annual?budgeting?process?and?provide?objective?financial?analysis?to?ensure?the?business?has?a?high?level?of?financial?transparency
The?successful?candidate?will?ideally?have?the?following?characteristics:
? Degree?holder?in?Finance/Accounting
? Around?10?years’?financial?management?and?controlling?experience?in?F&B?business
? All?round?controllership?experience?from?financial?operation?to?restaurant?operation
? Abie?to?drive?changes?for?a?high?growth?business
? Strong?management?and?leadership?skills?to?bring?up?a?small?team
? Be?able?to?manage?third?party?professionals?–?auditors,?tax,?lawyers?and?bankers
? Strong?analytical?background,?be?able?to?work?strategically?with?senior?management
? Familiar?with?ERP?system?such?as?NAV
? Good?English
