1) Actively?encourage,?support?and?manage?distributors’?Grohe?Technical?Specialists?in?providing?after?sales?service?for?Grohe?products.?Coach?the?distributors’?Technical?Specialists?with?problem?solving?and?judgment?to?enhance?their?capacity?and?effectiveness.
積極鼓勵、支持和管理經銷商的高儀售后人員提供良好的售后服務;通過指導經銷商售后人員對售后問題進行判斷與處理,提升他們售后處理問題的準確性及工作效率
2) Handle?technical?claims?from?consumers?and?developers?escalated?from?distributors?and?Call?Center;?Approve?warranty?claims?for?Grohe?products.
處理經銷商和呼叫中心升級的客戶投訴;對產品質量問題按流程進行賠償處理,并負責賠償產品的管理與發放;
3) Providing?feedback?&?Suggestion?on?product?performance?and?quality?to?drive?improvement?to?department?head?each?month.??Collecting?and?summarizing?the?solved?after?sales?problems?and?sharing?with?the?distributors?Technical?Specialists.
將每月的重大質量問題和處理建議遞交技術中心負責人;匯總和編寫已處理的售后問題,供經銷商售后人員使用;
2,對質量問題產品的維修
整修有質量問題或損壞的產品,報廢產品的整理與分拆,歸類至報廢產品再利用零件庫。

3,售后服務培訓
為經銷商提供技術培訓和產品技術知識的更新;包括售后服務理念及流程培訓,產品維修技能培訓等。

按星級計劃開展全國售后服務人員技術培訓與考核
Technical?Training?and?apprasial?for?the?after?sales?staff?in?mainland?China?according?to?the?plan.
4,展廳與培訓用樣品的管理
展覽提供技術支持;負責展廳樣品安裝與調整,樣品申請和庫存管理。
Provide?technical?support?to?sales?activities;?Be?charge?of?the?sample?equipment?installation?and?adjusting,?the?sample?applying?and?inventory?management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's?Degree?or?above,?major?in?Mechanical,?Construction?or?Material?Engineering?is?preferable;
本科以上學歷,機械、建筑、材料工程專業優先
With?a?minimum?of?2-3?years’?solid?working?experience?in?technical?service?field;priority?to?have?the?background?of?electronic?or?appliances?product?technology
三年以上豐富的技術服務工作經驗,有電子或家電類產品技術背景者優先
