PURPOSE?OF?THE?JOB:
? Provide?and?maintain?high?quality?facility?management?&?other?supporting?services?in?DC?Fengxian?to?better?support?DC?core?business.
? Establish?safety?&?security?management?system?in?DC?Fengxian?by?following?IKEA?corporate?risk?management?requirements.
ASSIGNMENTS:
? Overall?manage?several?supporting?functions?(maintenance,?safety?&?security)?to?better?support?DC?core?business.
? Ensure?compliance?with?IKEA?Risk?Management?standards?and?all?local?safety?&?security?laws?/?regulations?on?a?consistent?basis?via?a?regular?series?of?audits,?follow-up,?education,?training?and?reports.
? Ensure?the?all?facilities?&?MHE?(silo,?rack,?forklift?etc)?are?constructed?and?maintained?in?the?way?of?strictly?following?IKEA?guideline?as?well?as?local?government?regulation?on?Safety,?Security?and?Environment.
? Set?up?and?review?all?facility?functions’?budget?with?cost?effective?practice,?and?review?all?facility?ESP/outsourcing?service?contracts.
? Live?up?to?and?uses?IKEA?Value?and?Human?Resource?Ideas?for?people?management.?Be?responsible?for?the?selection,?developing?and?rewarding?his/her?team?members.
? Initiate?and?monitor?internal?and?external?incidents/accidents?and?provide?rapid?response,?investigation?and?reporting?of?all?emergencies.
? Work?closely?with?outside?agencies?(police,?fire?departments,?fraud?agencies,?insurance?companies,?attorneys)?as?required.
? Take?charge?of?loss?prevention?management.
? Coordinate?insurance?programs?and?handle?claims.
? Lead?and?coordinate?a?SHI?(Safety,?Health?and?IWAY)?Committee.
? Lead?IGR?projects?in?local?unit?to?reach?Sustainability?Goals.
KNOWLEDGE:
? Bachelor?or?above?with?majors?in?facility,?mechanic?engineering,?electric?engineering?and?etc.
? 8?years?or?above?experiences?on?a?similar?job?role?with?a?foreign/multinational?company?with?minimum?5-year?on?a?managerial?position.
? Strategic?thinking?with?good?analytical?skills.
? Ability?to?share?your?knowledge?and?learning.
? Solid?experience?and?knowledge?of?facility?management,?risk?management?and?local?laws,?fire?codes,?etc.
? First?Aid?and?disaster?/?emergency?response?skills.
? Ability?to?tolerate?stressful?situations.
? Apprehension,?interview?and?interrogation?capabilities.
? Good?in?English?and?local?language,?both?written?and?spoken.
? Proven?qualification?of?maintenance?processes?and?technical?issues?linked?to?the?infrastructure?considering?all.
? Good?knowledge?of?local?health?and?safety?issues?/?laws.
? Basics?understanding?of?warehousing?processes.
