RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Manage,?lead?and?develop?Shenzhen?finance?teams?to?handle?all?finance?and?accounting?matters;
2.Add?value?to?business?by?preparing?financial?reporting,?management?analysis,?budget/forecast,?and?costing?analysis?for?performance?evaluation?and?highlighting?issues/risks?and?also?areas?with?potential?development?opportunities;
3.Budgetary?controls?on?capital?and?operating?expenses?including?marketing?expenses;
4.Work?as?a?core?team?member?for?product?cost?reduction?on?a?continuous?basis;
5.Monitor?ROI?on?business?and?capital?expenditures;
6.Identify?cost?saving?and?profit?improvement?programs;
7.Provide?financial?advice?in?various?projects?for?decision?making;
8.Assist?to?evaluate?investment?opportunities?with?synergies?to?existing?business;
9.Improve?operational?workflow?efficiency;
10.Ensure?compliance?on?legal,?taxation?and?accounting?matters.
工作職責:
1.管理、帶領和培養深圳財務團隊處理所有財務和會計事務;
2.通過編制財務報告,預算/預測及成本分析作為績效評估,突顯問題/風險以及潛在發展機會的領域,為企業增加價值;
3.資金和經營費用的預算控制,包括市務費用;
4.與生產及技術團隊持續不斷地研究降低產品成本;
5.監測業務和資本支出的投資回報率;
6.協助制定成本節約和利潤改善計劃;
7.在各項目決策中提供財務咨詢;
8.協助評估投資機會與現有業務的協同效應;
9.提高運營流程效率;
10.確保公司合乎當地法律,稅務和會計準則。
REQUIREMENTS
1.University?Graduate?in?Finance?or?Accounting?with?professional?accounting?qualification;
2.At?least?7?years?related?experiences,?candidate?with?“Specialty?Fats”?or?“Food?Manufacturing?Business”?experience?is?an?advantage;
3.Familiarize?with?PRC?accounting?standards?and?tax?law;
4.Preferably?with?knowledge?in?ERP?system;
5.Good?communication?skills?in?written?or?oral?English?is?an?advantage;
6.Proficiency?in?using?MS?Office?Application.
任職資格:
1.本科以上學歷,會計或財務相關專業,有國際認可專業會計資格優先;
2.至少7年相關經驗,具有“特種油脂”或“食品制造業務”經驗者優先;
3.熟悉中國的會計準則和稅務法規;
4.具備ERP系統知識;
5.良好英文書面/口語溝通能力優先;
6.必須能熟練使用Office辦公軟件。
