??Monitor?AR?collection?of?consignment?stores?and?timely?communicate?with?the?department?store?and?supervisor??if?there?is?any?delay
??Responsible?for?AR?collection?application?in?JDE
??Review?and?book?AP?related?to?consignment?stores
??Responsible?for?several?store's?book?keeping,?including?sales?checking?and?store?payment.??Prepare?monthly?financial?statement,?tax?filing?and?ensure?timely?tax?payment
??Liaise?with?local?tax?consultant?and?the?store?about?VAT?invoicing/Input?VAT?verification?and?timely?communication?with?supervisor?if?there?is?any?query?from?local?tax?government.
??Monthly?sample?waybill?checking?of?assigned?stores
??Prepare?monthly?sales?discount?report?and?check?if?they?get?the?proper?approval
??Assist?Associate?Accounting?manager?to?complete?other?compliance?check
??Custom?duty?and?import?tax?reconciliation
??Bank?reconciliation?(HSBC)
??Responsible?for?several?stores'?finance?documents?filing
??Other?ad?hoc?tasks?(i.e.?local?tax?bureau?audit)
Requirements:
??Bachelor?degree,?major?in?accounting?or?finance.
??At?least?2?years?of?experience?in?accounting/finance?-??preferably?retail?industry?.
??Comfortable?in?and?appreciative?of?a?luxury?retail?setting.
??Good?command?of?English?in?both?written?and?spoken.
??Accountant?qualification?is?Must,?CPA?is?a?plus
??Proficient?in?computer?skills:?email/Outlook,?Microsoft?Excel?&?Word
??Good?team?player,?self-driven?and?diligent
