Develop?Tenancy?Design?Guidelines?that?incorporate?specific?design?objectives?and?retail?strategies?for?individual?Malls.?根據各商場的設計風格、定位及各商鋪類別、業態等,?制定相關租戶商鋪設計指南。
Develop?Visual?Merchandising?Guidelines?to?guide?Tenants'?creation?of?attractive?&?innovative?store?display?strategies.?制訂展示陳列設計指南，引導租戶創造具吸引力和創新的店面及室內陳列效果。
Conduct?briefings?of?Guidelines?to?Tenants.?為各租戶講解商場設計要求
Conduct?design?reviews,?to?ensure?proposals?submitted?by?Tenants?adhere?to?established?Tenancy?Design?and?Visual?Merchandising?Guidelines?for?the?respective?Malls.?負責審核各商鋪設計方案，確保租戶所提交設計符合各商場所制定的設計要求。??
Propose?design?solutions?to?guide?and?encourage?Tenants?to?achieve?attractive?and?good?design.?給租戶提供設計建議方案，引導及鼓勵租戶創造較有吸引的裝修設計方案。
6.????Assist?in?fit-out?inspections?of?Tenants'?site?works?to?ensure?the?quality?of?workmanship?achieved?is?consistent?with?Mall's?design?guidelines,?approved?design?intent,?and?approved?drawings.?勘察租戶現場工程進度及質量，并確保租戶商鋪裝修按審批設計圖紙施工及施工工藝質量精細等。
Be?sensitive?to?and?updated?with?design?trends.?有敏銳的設計潮流趨勢觸覺
Review?and?update?Tenancy?Design?Guidelines,?and?Visual?Merchandise?Guidelines.?復核及更新租戶商鋪設計指南，及展示陳列設計指南。
Participate?in?the?planning?and?design?of?Malls,?such?as?layout?planning,?interior?design,?mall?interior?and?exterior?signage?design,?etc.?參與商場的規劃和設計，如平面布局規劃，室內設計，商場內部和外部標志設計等。
Participate?in?Asset?Enhancement?Initiatives?of?the?Malls.?參與商場的資產增值策略規劃過程。
職位要求:
Diploma,?or?Degree?in?Interior?Design,?Architectural?Studies,?Architecture,?or?related?design?field.?室內設計、建筑設計、建筑學或相關設計專業或學位
Minimum?of?2?years?relevant?working?experience?in?related?areas,?such?as?interior?designing?or?visual?merchandising?in?retail?industry.?至少3年以上相關工作經驗，例如在零售行業的室內設計、商品展示設計
Ability?to?work?as?part?of?a?team,?and?to?communicate?effectively?across?all?levels.?具有團對精神，且和各層級有效溝通
