Job?Description
Tax?related?duties
- Timely?and?accurately?submit?VAT?and?CIT?tax?filings?to?tax?bureau?in?a?monthly?basis
- Identify?monthly?input?tax
- Purchase?tax?invoices?(Fapiao)?from?Jing’an?Tax?Bureau
- Fapiao?issuing?and?VAT?record?updating?on?a?daily?basis
- Prepare?monthly?sales?tax?reports
- Responsible?for?resolving?tax?enquiries?from?tax?officer
Bank?related?duties
- Responsible?for?all?admin?related?tasks?for?bank?accounts
- Complete?and?file?in?forms?for?‘receiving?foreign?currency/cross?border?money?transfer’?and?‘paying?vendors?in?foreign?currency’?at?the?bank
- Ensure?payments?to?vendors/staffs?are?processed?in?time?and?accurately
- Timely?submit?the?bank?reconciliations?online
Accounting?bookkeeping?duties
-?? Accurately?book?vendor?invoices?into?finance?system
-?? Check?and?accurately?book?employee?reimbursements?into?finance?system
-? Accurately?make?all?the?bill?payments?on?finance?system?after?payment-runs
- Make?bank?reconciliations?in?a?weekly?basis
- Make?sure?the?Fapiao?from?vendors?and?staffs?are?all?valid?before?making?payments
-? Ad?hoc?Finance/Admin?supporting?work?as?assigned?by?manager
Requirements
- ?Bachelor?and?above,?Finance?or?accounting?major?preferred
- Ability?to?handle?multi-tasks,?work?independently
- Self-motivated,?self-directed?and?positive?attitude?at?work
- Attentive?to?details?and?professional?behavior
- Good?communication?skills?and?good?team?player
- Certificate?of?accounting?qualification
- Very?Good?English?skill
