Project?Manager
Work?Scope:
Responsible?for?project?plan,?project?execution,?project?acceptance?for?projects.
Serve?as?prime?interface?with?customer，consortium?partner(s)，supplier?to?resolve?issues?occurring?the?project?life?cycle.
Support?Sales?Manager?to?define?contract?scope?and?project?high?level?schedule?and?milestone
Work?with?purchasing?manager?regarding?purchase,?order?placement?and?pricing;
Work?with?site?managers?regarding?the?hardware?installation;
Work?with?the?project?engineer?and?discipline?engineers?regarding?technical?issues;
Work?with?accounting?regarding?fi***cial?performance?issues;
Work?with?the?customer's?project?manager?on?negotiations,?updates?and?problem?solving;
Work?with?supplier?on?installation,?plan,?sourcing?preparation.
Responsibilities:
Organize?structure?and?manage?or?assist?in?managing?a?project?team?to?meet?the?needs?of?the?project?and?control?project?costs.
Ensure?on-time?delivery?of?quality?information,?material,?workmanship,?and?field?service?and?product?performance.
Review?and?manage?the?project?schedule?and?approve?changes,?ensuring?all?contract?parameters?are?being?met.
Approve?all?purchase?orders?for?contract?materials,?services?and?Quality?Assurance?and?Control?requirements.
Issue?various?periodic?reports?detailing?financial?and?schedule?status?of?project(s).
Serve?as?prime?interface?with?customer?and?consortiums?to?resolve?issues?of?mutual?concern?with?guidance?of?other?project?managers.
Effect?a?timely?contract?completion?with?customer?satisfaction.
Manage?project?risks?to?avoid?paying?large?warranty?repairs,?significant?back?charges,?or?low?performance?or?delay.
Tracing?working?state?and?production?quality?of?sub-supplier.
Take?an?active?role?with?Sales?to?promote?future?business?with?Customer/Consortiums.
Requirements
Major?degree?in?Computer?science,?Software?Engineering?,?IT?
Minimum?2?years?Software?Development?or?IT?System?Development?project?execution?
Knowledge?of?general?accounting?principles
Knowledge?of?how?to?schedule?and?track?complex?projects.
Strong?management?and?interpersonal?skills?
Ability?to?communicate?effectively
Language?skills:?English?(minimum?CET6)
Good?attention?to?detail.
Good?computer?skills,?including?familiarity?with?Microsoft?office?toolkits;?

高級項目經理
主要職責及工作內容：
組織項目團隊并管理項目團隊以滿足項目需要并控制項目成本。
保證人力資源，現場服務，資料文檔，項目材料等的準時交付。
管理項目時間表，確認變更，確保所有項目標的被執行和滿足。
保證項目的及時交付和客戶滿意度。
識別項目風險，避免大量的維保消耗，退貨，低效工作和延期。
定期向項目總監及管理層匯報詳細的項目財務及進展情況。
作為面向客戶，合作方以及供應商的主要接口，解決項目生命周期中發生的問題。
協同銷售部門定義合同范圍及項目基本時間表和
協同采購經理進行項目設備詢價，下單，追蹤等工作。
協同現場工程師完成設備軟硬件安裝調試等工作。
協同技術經理解決項目技術問題。
協同財務部門完成財務分析及資源效率分析統計等工作。
與客戶方項目經理溝通項目計劃，項目進展，人員安排，資源調配，解決項目執行期間?的資源及技術問題。
對合作伙伴及下級供應商的聯合調試過程或設備安裝過程及質量進行跟蹤管理和評價
技能要求：
軟件工程，計算機科學工科專業畢業，本科以上學歷
兩年以上軟件開發或IT系統開發項目管理經驗。
軟件設計工?作者優先.
具備基本財務知識及軟硬件結合類項目經驗者優先。
熟練的電腦操作技能，熟練使用微軟辦公工具，文檔制作能力，。
具備優秀的溝通能力，說服力及大局觀。
具備良好的英文聽說讀寫能力
