Position?Description?:?
-Co-?ordinate?the?job?set?up?process?for?China?on?a?weekly?basis?including?liaising?with?operation?staff?and?reviewing?contract?terms.
-Process?Work?Authorisation?Form?(WAF)?Setups?and?modifications?into?E1?system.
-Contract?Management.
-Processing?of?proposals?in?E1?system.
-Monitoring?job?set?up?requirement,?eMAR,?Go/?No?Go?information?and?perform?credit?checks?as?required?per?company?policy?for?all?URS?systems.
-Prepare?invoices?according?to?contract?terms?and?milestone.
-Monitor?total?unbilled?of?the?projects.
-Review?invoices?as?per?company?policies.
-Collection?activities?–?prepare?cash?application.
-Monitor?Accounts?receivable;?follow?up?with?Project?staff?or?client?on?outstanding?invoices.?
-Local?Chinese?bookkeeping?
-Preparation?of?local?Chinese?book?and?make?sure?it?complies?with?URS?company?system.
-Prepare?PRC?Financial?statements?and?other?reports?required?by?local?authorities?
-Tax?declaration,?loans/?fund?transfer?register?and?all?kinds?of?registration?as?required?by?local?government?where?necessary.
-Weekly?timesheet?review?and?follow?up.
-Ensure?staffs?complete?their?timesheet?on?time?and?without?error.
-Prepare?payroll?in?accordance?with?the?employment?contracts?issued.
-Prepare?all?related?payroll?calculation?including?IIT?and?bonus?payments.
-Assist?supervisor?in?preparation?of?payroll?reconciliation?as?per?SOX?requirement.?
-Assisting?with?Accounts?payable?or?disbursement?as?required.
-Weekly?production?and?distribution?of?reports.
-Perform?project?analysis?and?review
-Mid-month?review?
-ERFs?review?and?verification?of?charge?codes
-Maintenance?of?Job?and?CB?numbers.
-Other?Finance?and?Administrative?related?tasks?as?and?when?required.
Requirements:
-Bachelor?degree,?major?in?accounting?or?related
-At?least?two?years?work?experience?in?accounting?area.
-Accountant?license
-Well?developed?communication?skills?in?English,?both?written?and?verbal.?
-Demonstrated?time?management?skills?and?ability?to?prioritize,?including?ability?to?meet?tight?deadlines
-Demonstrated?(and?tested)?Word?and?Excel?skills?with?strong?ability?to?learn?new?systems?quickly.
-Strong?interpersonal?skills,?highly?organised,?ability?to?manage?multi?tasks?simultaneously,?and?a?strong?attention?to?detail.
-Quick?learner?with?high?sense?of?responsibility?and?ability?to?work?under?pressure.
-Fast?and?accurate?data?entry?skills.
-Sound?understanding?of?overall?PRC?accounting?and?taxation?Law/?regulations?
-Good?English?skills.
-With?experience?working?in?WFOE?or?large?multinational?office?environment.
-Experience?in?project?accounting/?consulting?environment?is?desirable.
-Work?base?is?in?Shanghai?and?be?willing?to?travel?in?between?offices
