Work?as?a?team?member?of?human?resources?Linde?Engineering?APAC?and?manage?all?human?resources?related?daily?operation?issues?and?HR?management?system?(SAPHRON)?to?meet?to?requirements?of?normal?operation?of?company?business.?

2.????Key?Accountabilities?(Tasks?&?Responsibilities)

·??????Be?responsible?for?the?data?maintenance?of?SAPHRON?system,?set-up,?update?&?test?of?system?projects;
??
·??????Be?responsible?for?the?related?HR?matters?of?the?international?assignment;
??
·??????Be?responsible?for?the?entry?and?exit?procedure?of?employees,?sign?and?manage?laborur?contracts,?establish?&?manage?employee?internal?files?(electronic?and?paper);
??
·??????Be?participate?in?the?development?of?the?certain?HR?policies?and?management?process?&?regulations

·??????Be?participate?in?the?writing?of?the?company's?various?management?processes,?rules?and?regulations;
??
·??????Be?a?member?of?LE?APAC?HR?team?to?contribute?to?the?common?topics;
??
·??????Other?ad-hoc?and?project?works?assigned;

3.????Key?Capabilities?(Professional?Knowledges,?Working?Experiences?&?Soft?Skills)
??
·??????Bachelor’s?degree?in?human?resources?or?other?business?management?related?disciplines;
??
·??????5+?years?of?working?experiences?in?the?field?of?human?resources?management,?work?experience?in?foreign?enterprises?is?preferred;
??
·??????Be?familiar?with?Chinese?labor?laws?and?regulations,?have?the?awareness?of?risk?control;
??
·??????Proficient?in?human?resource?management?software?(like?SAP);
??
·??????Proficient?in?Office?software;
??
·??????Good?interpersonal?skills,?communication?skills;
??
·??????Excellent?teamwork?spirit,?strong?sense?of?responsibility?with?good?execution;

·??????Good?listening,?speaking,?reading?and?writing?skills?in?both?Chinese?&?English?skills;
