Implement?internal?maintenance?function?budget?and?plan,?and?monitor?the?achievement?of?the?budget:

2.Responsible?for?control?of?all?costs?in?the?maintenance?department.

5.Conduct?tools?service?team?daily?work?with?production?team?base?on?production?plan.
6.Responsible?for?tooling?inventory?maintenance?work?with?good?quality?status?in?system?tracking.
7.Ensure?provide?good?quality?status?tooling?for?production?on?time.
8.Close?co-operation?with?production?and?ensure?highest?level?of?customer?service?(Production?department).
9.Responsibly?for?Working?safety,?cleanliness?and?environmental?protection?in?maintenance.
10.Responsible?for?the?spare?part?availability?and?cost?control?on?reduction.
11.Responsibly?for?employee?management?on?target?setting,?safety?work,?training,?work?assignment,?overtime?control,?fluctuation?and?performance.
12.Technical?support?at?the?time?of?the?construction?and?execution?of?the?new?projects.
13.Leading?team?on?special?projects,?continuous?improvement?and?cost?saving?by?kaizen.
14.Create?a?monthly?maintenance?report?and?go?through?to?driving?downtime?reduction?improvement?action?with?
production?
