????上海安吉星信息服務有限公司(“安吉星”)是美國通用汽車、上汽集團和上海通用汽車于2009年10月28日正式新建立的合資公司，總投資額超過3億元人民幣，并于2009年底為上海通用汽車在中國生產、銷售的旗下各主力車型提供汽車安全信息服務。作為通用汽車和上汽集團各自的全資子公司，OnStar和上海汽車工業銷售有限公司分別持有安吉星40%的股權，而雙方在華合資企業上海通用汽車公司持有安吉星的20%股權。
